• Delayed payments may attract applicable interest or delay project completion.

Project schedules are estimates based on the agreed scope of work.

Delays caused by the following are beyond NANSU's control:

• Client approval delays
• Site access restrictions
• Force majeure events
• Material shortages
• Government regulations
• Utility interruptions

Project completion dates may be revised accordingly.

Any additional work requested after project commencement shall be treated as a variation order and may involve:

• Additional charges
• Revised completion timelines
• Separate approvals

The client agrees to:

• Provide timely approvals.
• Ensure uninterrupted site access.
• Provide required utility connections where applicable.
• Obtain statutory approvals unless specifically included in our scope.
• Make payments according to agreed milestones.

Warranty coverage, where applicable, shall be governed by:

• Manufacturer warranty for supplied products.
• Workmanship warranty as specified in the quotation or agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse
• Unauthorized modifications
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by third parties

All drawings, layouts, concepts, designs, presentations, images, and documents prepared by NANSU remain the intellectual property of NANSU unless otherwise agreed in writing.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
